Another Grocery Store Announced To Close Its Store Permanently For Good

The Sparkle Market in Niles is closing.
A representative of owner Vince Furrie said that Furrie felt “it’s just not working out to have a full grocery store in that neighborhood.”
Employees will be offered the opportunity to go to other stores.
A closing date was not released, however, WKBN 27 First News received a call saying that employees were informed of the closing Tuesday and that the store would be closing in about a week. Store officials have not confirmed that information.
Furrie owns seven of the 18 Youngstown-area Sparkle Markets.
