An Aʀɢᴇɴᴛɪɴɪᴀɴ dog named Tony who ʀᴇғᴜsᴇᴅ to ʟᴇᴀᴠᴇ his ᴜɴᴄᴏɴsᴄɪᴏᴜs owner’s side, has become an unwitting social media star after pictures of him were shared online.

Meet Tony, the loyal doggie who didn’t ʟᴇᴀᴠᴇ his owner’s side after the man ɪɴᴊᴜʀᴇᴅ himself ғᴀʟʟɪɴɢ 6 ғᴇᴇᴛ ᴅᴏᴡɴ on the concrete sidewalk when ᴘʀᴜɴɪɴɢ a tree outside his home on Saturday. The owner, whose name is Jesus Hueche, ʜɪᴛ his ʜᴇᴀᴅ and ʟᴏsᴛ ᴄᴏɴsᴄɪᴏᴜsɴᴇss, luckily, his neighbours noticed and called an ᴀᴍʙᴜʟᴀɴᴄᴇ. But while he waited, Tony never ʟᴇꜰᴛ his side. The puppy was there by his side up until the ᴀᴍʙᴜʟᴀɴᴄᴇ arrived. All while ᴅᴏᴄᴛᴏʀs were ᴘᴜᴛᴛɪɴɢ ᴀ ɴᴇᴄᴋ ʙʀᴀᴄᴇ on Hueche, the doggie was still hugging his owner, as if telling him to stay strong and hold on. Eventually, the man did ʀᴇᴄᴏᴠᴇʀ his ᴀᴡᴀʀᴇɴᴇss, and then the canine gave him a few pats of encouragement so that the man felt safe and taken care of.

The doggie even tried to ᴄʟɪᴍʙ into the ᴀᴍʙᴜʟᴀɴᴄᴇ to go with his owner. Luckily, Hueches ɪɴᴊᴜʀʏ wasn’t so ʙᴀᴅ, and the man was soon reunited with his loyal dog. Hueches said:”One day we saw him on the street and adopted him, gave him love, food and is part of our family. For me he’s like a son. He goes everywhere with me and lies in my bed until my wife ᴋɪᴄᴋs him out.”
