Weak And Helpless Mother Dog Begs For Help As She tries To Feed Her 6 Puppies
Seeing an animal suffer is one of the most upsetting sights we can witness in our lives. When we hear stories that touch our hearts, it’s difficult to move on without wondering if they had happy endings. That is possibly why we feel relieved when we see animal lovers and rescuers selflessly helping these poor animals.
This is the story of Hope, a mother dog, and her puppies, who were abandoned long before the dog gave birth. Hope and her children had been through a difficult time.
That’s when an animal rights activist took the initiative and went to the dogs’ boarding facility. She discovered the terrible truth there. Hope was breastfeeding six puppies at the same time, according to the rescuer. She stated that she had never witnessed anything like this before, and it completely broke her heart.
“I went to feed all the dogs until I realized Hope, a female who was not half her breed’s size, could barely walk, and approached me with her bright eyes,” the rescuer explained.
She carried them one by one, not pausing for a second. It was then that she realized there were not only six puppies, but ten, four of whom had died as a result of the cruelty of life.
Some of these puppies died as a result of snake bites, others as a result of harsh weather conditions, but the most heartbreaking thing was that those four puppies died before anyone could help them.
Hope was in a terrible state, and it was heartbreaking to see. Her weight was not even half of what the correct size should have been. She still had to feed six puppies and do everything she could to keep them all alive.
The rescuer knew she had to do everything she could to get the puppies adopted and the care they needed to recover and progress. She began to place some of them with worthy families who agreed to adopt them.
Teddy, the first adopted child, now lives like a king. His rescuer stated that she will never stop loving him and being his godmother, and she is grateful for the cooperation provided by the new family.
Candy and Tobby were also welcomed into their new homes, while Lola, Coco, and Max remained in the care of their adoptive families. Max, on the other hand, got a gastrointestinal infection and felt weak until he died.
“Fortunately, Coco is already with a new family; Lola was still lagging behind, but efforts continued,” she explained.
Hope has already been spayed, and all of her babies have found new loving homes, much to everyone’s relief.
After 7 months of waiting, Lola finally found a home and traveled abroad, despite the fact that it took them some time. She has been enjoying her new life with her brother, Alex, since then.
Despite her challenges, Hope is a very active dog who is full of love and friendship to give. She will never have to go through the agony of being a street mother again. Share this emotional rescue story.
