When The Vultures Gathered, The Neighbors Then Knew The Pup Was Sick & Dying

A pit bull puppy was chained out back and neglected, often going hungry and thirsty and braving whatever elements nature decided to throw at her. But it wasn’t until a flock of vultures surrounded the doghouse that the neighbors knew the puppy had to be sick and on the verge of death.
The neighbors knew the puppy had to be sick and neglected if vultures were gathering around, so they contacted the authorities.

Lilo was placed in a foster home where she was bathed for the first time in her life.
It wasn’t long until Keana and Travis took Lilo into their home. A soft bed was quite the change for the nervous pup.

But Lilo started warming up to her new family after feeling true love for the first time in her life.

Hanging out with other dogs was also a first for Lilo, but she fit right in!

Those cold, lonely nights are now a distant memory. This is her new life.

Now she looks forward to going outside to play when it’s nice.

And cuddling up on the couch when it’s time for a nap. This is truly the life she’s always deserved!

Lilo was once surrounded by death but now has a loving forever home. And it doesn’t get any better than that!
